IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY!

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
By purchasing a digital download from SpektaMedya you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read this agreement before you download or purchase any image.
You are permitted to view and purchase media from this site. “Media” includes digital images, printed images, digital products and printed products produced by SpektaMedya. Any use or reproduction of SpektaMedya’s digital images and products without prior agreement or purchase is prohibited.

ACCEPTABLE USAGE
YOU MAY

Personal, Non-Commercial use of the Media includes:
• Display on personal websites and computers
• Making image prints for personal use.

You shall only use the digital files and printed files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. Your digital files and printed files are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use, or reproduced in any way by parties other than SpektaMedya. The redistribution of digital images, printed images and products is strictly prohibited. SpektaMedya grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce media via print only for any non-commercial use, including reprints, enlargements, gifts to family and friends, slide shows, and web pages. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for all the Media remain exclusively with SpektaMedya. There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media is provided "as is."

SOCIAL MEDIA

You may share blog post links and social media albums through use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. All images posted on social media require a direct link or credit towards SpektaMedya. You shall not copy, download, screen shot, or capture the images in any other fashion. You also shall not crop, edit, or add filters to any images. This includes social media networks’ “automatic” filters. If you do so, you may be subject to infringement of copyrights.

USAGE LIMITATIONS
YOU MAY NOT

  • Resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission from SpektaMedya
  • Use the Media in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration
  • Use the Media in advertising
  • Use the Media in any illegal or defamatory manner
  • Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks
  • Make the Media available for download
SpektaMedya will NOT be liable for any 3rd party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or your use of the Media.

COMMERCIAL USE

If are interested in using any images for commercial purposes contact SpektaMedya. The pricing and terms of commercial use will be established by mutual agreement at that time. Any digital image or any portion of the image purchased may not be used without the consent of SpektaMedya in any final materials distributed to the public for advertising and marketing materials or any on-line, broadcast or other electronic distribution system, communication, web pages, marketing or promotional materials, multimedia projects, video, graphic design projects, and general creative works, and may not be distributed, sub-licensed or made available for use or distribution separately or individually. <

LICENSE

All images are property of SpektaMedya and are copyrighted by law. None of them cannot be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without SpektaMedya’s clear permission to do so. SpektaMedya reserves the right to use all of Client’s images on website, blogs, or any other related marketing material.

GRANT OF LICENCE

SpektaMedya grants to you use of purchased digital subject to the Acceptable Use, Usage Limitations, and Unauthorized Usage.

No rights are granted until payment is received in full.  SpektaMedya retains full rights to her digital images. You may not print, transfer or duplicate images without prior payment and written consent.

TERMINATION OF LICENCE

This Agreement will automatically terminate upon failure by you, the licensee, to comply with any of its terms. If this happens, you hereby agree to destroy all copies and archives of SpektaMedya’s digital images, to cease using the images for any purpose, and to confirm to SpektaMedya in writing that you have complied with these requirements. SpektaMedya reserves the right to discontinue the license of the digital image for any reason. SpektaMedya reserves the right to commence legal proceedings if copyright infringement has ensued from unauthorized use of SpektaMedya’s digital images.
